UEFA: Bayer Leverkusen

I first started covering Leverkusen in their 2019/20 Champions League campaign as they failed to upset the odds in a group with Atletico Madrid and Juventus before falling short in the quarter finals of the Europa League.

Witnessing the rise of, and being able to interview the likes of Xabi Alonso, Florian Wirtz and Kai Havertz will forever be a highlight.
